How often do parking lot lines need repainting?
Every one to two years for most commercial lots. High-traffic retail lots may need it annually.
What are the ADA requirements for parking lots?
The number of accessible spaces depends on lot size, and each must have proper dimensions, an access aisle, signage, a slope of no more than 2 percent, and an accessible route to the entrance. We survey lots and bring them into compliance.
